Saj recently joined the team at Santander UK as their Chief Customer Innovation Officer. Saj has more than 30 years’ experience in customer, marketing & digital transformation.
Saj’s key purpose is to drive customer engagement and innovation across all the customer journeys. Joining the banking industry at this time of enormous disruption and change is an exciting challenge and one which is likely to see some innovative and different moves from customer experts across the industry.
Outside of work Saj likes keeping fit, reading and finding obscure music and fashions from the 60's and 70's, and is an avid Spurs fan.
