Michelle joined BMW Group as part of its very first UK Graduate Programme and has 18 years of automotive experience. Career highlights include launching the previous BMW 5 Series in the UK as Product Manager, taking on the role of Corporate Communications Manager for the BMW Group sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and leading Brand Communications for MINI UK. Following an 18 month assignment at BMW AG, responsible for International Brand and Communications Management, Michelle returned to UK to lead the Marketing function for BMW in the UK. In July 2018 she was recognised for her contribution to Marketing, winning the category prize at the Autocar Great British Women in the Car Industry awards. And featuring on the list of Campaign UK’s Power 100 in 2019 and the Top 100 Most Effective Marketers in UK 2019 by Marketing Week.
