Martin is Chief Strategy Officer of adam&eveDDB overseeing strategy for clients, including John Lewis & Partners, CALM, Marmite, PlayStation, Foster’s, EA Sports, Booking.com and Virgin Media.

Martin’s creative highlights include ‘Excitable Edgar’ for John Lewis & Partners/Waitrose & Partners, PlayStation ‘Heart’, Marmite ‘Hypnosis’, Skittles ‘Pride’, EA Sports/FIFA ‘El Tornado’ and Project 84 for CALM (which saw the appointment of the first ever UK Minister for Suicide Prevention).

Since Martin has been leading strategy at adam&eveDDB, the agency has consistently been named one of the most effective agencies in the world, winning the IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix in 2016, APG Agency of the Year 2017 & 2019 and Effie Agency of the Year 2019. This year to recognise both the agency’s industry leading creative and commercially effective work over the past decade, Cannes Lions named adam&eveDDB European Agency of the Decade.
