Leah Kennedy

Head of Consumer Commercial Insight, BT

Leah Kennedy is a strategy and insight professional specialising in telecoms, media and technology, with over 15 years’ experience working in market-leading companies both in consultancy and client side.

She is currently Head of Commercial Insight for the Consumer division of BT, the world’s oldest telecommunications company, where she leads a team of insight specialists to drive the development of customer-centric products and services across all of BT’s brands and product categories.

In her time at BT, she has been involved in a number of market-disrupting moves, including the launches of BT Sport and BT Mobile, the acquisition of EE and the relaunch of the BT brand. Her team won an MRS award last year for their work on the launch of BT Halo.
