Karen Scott has worked for PepsiCo since 2001. During this time, she has worked across PepsiCo’s Beverages, Food and Snacks divisions, driving innovation throughout the UK and Western Europe businesses.
In her current role, Karen is responsible for PepsiCo’s Future Brands team who work to seek out new and innovative partners, and who’s portfolio of brands includes Off the Eaten Path snacks, Kevita Kombucha and Alvalle Gazpacho. The group are charged with developing the products that will change the shape of the food and beverage industry.
