Jon is the Global Head Of Research at the B2B Institute at LinkedIn, where he researches how marketing contributes to cash flows. Jon tries to bring an “outside-in” approach to marketing, applying mental models from other disciplines — namely finance —to marketing. Jon is constantly on the search for contrarian and right ideas that can help clients achieve an edge in the market. Prior to LinkedIn, Jon led GE’s Social Media Center of Excellence, where he focused on commercial efforts across all major digital platforms.
