James has spent the last 18 years as a strategist working with some of the most famous brands in the world including IKEA,  John Lewis, Coca-Cola, The Department of Health (UK), BMW and KFC.  A strategic thinker with a deep interest in diagnostic analysis this last year James has seen James publish 3 influential papers, unveiling the Share of Search insight (alongside Les Binet), defining the Digital Availability concept and finally revealing the Hankins Hexagon, a new model for the path to purchase.  Further to this, 2020 also saw James launch Vizer Consulting, a strategic marketing/business consultancy.
