Charlie co-founded and heads up Mando-Connect, a data-fuelled brand partnerships agency. She works closely with brands who are looking to make a step change and sees data-fuelled partnerships as the key to unlocking a brand’s full potential. She thrives on using Mando-Connect’s unique data and Partnership Engine™ to unlock big insights for brands and then develop brilliant partnerships that bring those insights to life – and prove the value that smart use of data and partnerships can bring to a brand’s bottom line. She is an ROI nut. She is passionate about co-creation and true win-win partnerships, a skilled facilitator and an innovation champion – always on the look out for fresh inspiration and new insights. In 2020 she worked with YouGov to create the UK’s biggest study into loyalty “What the British Want from Loyalty Programmes” unlocking brand new insight for loyalty and engagement marketers everywhere. She has worked in the industry for 20 years, across multiple sectors, for UK and Global clients. She is a regular speaker at events and contributor to the loyalty marketing press. Outside of the work she can mostly be found enjoying time with her crazy family and 2 small boys, planning adventures and enjoying family life. She also has questionable taste in movies, a massive shoe addiction, and a chocolate habit.
