Having started her career in academia before moving agency-side for many year, Carol has published widely in peer reviewed journals, industry press, and appeared on national and regional media such as the BBC and ITV. She has a particular interest in researching global and local sociological change and the implication this has for commerce, society and politics. She brings experience of research with people in some of the most vulnerable situations, such as victims or perpetrators of serious crime, though to engaging senior C-suite audiences on their future strategies - for sectors as diverse as financial services, tech, retail, public policy and healthcare. In the past-18 months most of her energy has been spent exploring what is changing and enduring in a time of flux.
