As the Global Chief Marketing Officer of SAP, Alicia is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy and brand recognition across the globe. She is focused on driving SAP’s vision of helping the world run better and improve people’s lives by building marketing programs that promote the company’s exceptional product innovation, commitment to being customer-first and helping every business become an Intelligent Enterprise. In support of SAP’s leadership in the Experience Management category, Alicia crafted and launched the “Experience Management is Here” campaign, rooted in the everyday experiences, thoughts and feelings of employees and customers alike. These efforts resulted in SAP being named the 17th most valuable brand by Brand Z and 20th most valuable by Interbrand – rankings that have increased under Alicia’s leadership. Furthermore, she was ranked No. 14 on Forbes’ 2019 Most Influential CMO list and most recently received The Drum’s 2020 Marketer of the Year award.
