Ali Jones has been the Customer Director at the Co-op since January 2018.  She is a member of both the Food Exec and the Chief Membership Officer Leadership team. This allows her to develop customer and member plans that support the Food strategy and potentialise the One Coop Customer and Member Proposition.

Her role encompasses Customer Propositions, Customer Communications, Events and Partnerships, Retail Insight, Store Innovation & Format, Trade Planning and Food Digital. 

Prior to joining the Co-op, Ali has wide-ranging experience in Customer roles from retailers such as Next, Debenhams, Arcadia, Marks & Spencer and Woolworths (Australia).
