Raf has spent most of his career in marketing working with major brands and famous celebrity talent. After starting his brand career at Fosters Lager, he has held senior marketing roles at Pepsico/Walkers Crisps and Coca-Cola. While at Coca-Cola as Head of UK Marketing Activation, he founded MyCokemusic.com, one of Europe’s first major legal music download and streaming websites. In 2005 he left Coca-Cola to set up RED Entertainment Marketing, an agency helping brands work with music and entertainment partners.
In 2008 he joined EMI Music and was Senior Vice President for Brand Partnerships Licensing & Synchronisation for Europe & Rest of World, where he was responsible for creating partnerships between brands and music talent, and licensing music to partners in the advertising, gaming, TV and film industries.
In 2012 he joined Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the world’s leading entertainment agency, to lead Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships in London for their roster of music and entertainment artists, representing many of the biggest names in the industry.
He joined Amazon in 2017 as Head of Business Development and Partnerships for Amazon Tickets negotiating partnerships with major music artists and venues.
He now runs his own talent agency, Talent & Brands, representing celebrity talent for commercial brand opportunities, and helping brands find suitable celebrity talent for their campaigns.
He has created brand partnerships for leading celebrity talent such as Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, One Direction, Ariana Grande, Gorillaz, and Lily Allen among others.
