Mark has spent over 20 years building creative businesses and helping companies find their most potent proposition, making them easy to connect with and buy from at a human and commercial level. His clients have included hundreds of agencies, Apple Music, Lloyds Banking Group and ODEON Cinemas.

Through suffering with anxiety and depression Mark defined his businesses persona and strategy around connecting emotional and rational thinking, people, behaviours and language in business. A born relationship builder.

Mark embraced the passion of people and the human spirit to build businesses whose success has been based upon connecting companies in a natural, engaging and disarmingly honest way. 
The foundation for his work is the Wise Mind psychology he discovered in recovering from his own difficulties. 

As well as heading up New Business and New Ventures at Liquorice Mark is a mentor, trains sales people and coaches leaders in all kinds of businesses as well as being a regular blogger and speaker.
