Jess has over 15 years marketing experience specialising in Customer Marketing and Customer Experience. Her passion is putting customers at the centre to create great customer experiences and in turn happy customers. She’s worked in several large organisations across multiple industries including telco, financial services and home services. Focussing on transforming their customer communications to drive significant business efficiencies, experience improvements and customer growth. She joined Virgin Media in April this year to lead the 121 marketing for Virgin Mobile. Her mission is to shift their approach from trading to a stronger customer focus and bring back their love for customers.
