Chris Babayode is the Managing Director of the MMA in EMEA with a remit to enlighten, empower and enable marketers shape their future success whilst propelling business growth today.
Chris is experienced in advertising, media and marketing, with emphasis on the digital sector, having worked at both a start-up dot.com and a Plc. Chris is an experienced and passionate digital leader with C level and board experience and a proven track record in growing businesses and digital operations.
Prior to the MMA, Chris was Commercial and Digital Director for Johnston Press Plc. with responsibility for its digital publishing division. Here he led the digital platform transformation and as a marketer, he developed the digital brands and the launch of over 200 mobile sites and numerous apps, covering branding, design, content, functionality and revenue generation.
Other roles included, VP Sales and Business Development at Ask.com, Europe, responsible for its revenue and commercial activity. Chris started his career in TV airtime sales at Thames TV and then at Flextech Television.
