Hootsuite Wins Best Social Media Scheduling Software in 2021 MarTech Breakthrough Awards

Hootsuite has been crowned the Best Social Media Scheduling Software at the 2021 MarTech Breakthrough Awards. The Martech Breakthrough Awards recognize the top companies, technologies, products and services in the field of marketing, advertising, and sales technology today. In this year’s award’s cycle, more than 2,850 nominations were evaluated all over the world. Winners included Klaviyo, Nielson, Campaign Monitor, Adobe, Mailchimp, UberFlip, Marchex and an impressive list of top companies and startups in the industry.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by the Martech Breakthrough Awards as the Best Social Media Scheduling Software,” said Ryan Donovan, CTO at Hootsuite. “Our platform is constantly developing, and we are consistently looking for ways to improve our software and the overall Hootsuite experience for our customers as we grow and innovate. Passion for customers is at the forefront of our company, and we are excited to release new features based on their feedback.”

Hootsuite’s platform allows users to seamlessly schedule, create and publish on-brand posts to 20+ social networks concurrently, plan social ad campaigns, respond to incoming messages, listen to conversations on social, and analyze the performance metrics of posts. Using advanced analytics, Hootsuite’s AutoSchedule feature generates the best times to publish content based on previous engagement performance data such as likes and comments.. The “assign” and “approve'' features allow teams to review scheduled content before it’s published, reducing brand risk and fostering collaboration. This process has become even more critical for businesses during the pandemic as conversations and consumer sentiment around safety are constantly shifting.

Uploading pre-approved content on the Hootsuite platform allows users to fill their content queue for days, weeks and even months at a time to accommodate the lifespan of longer social campaigns. The option to schedule posts from multiple profiles across different social media platforms enables brands to optimize posting times based off of engagement history and create batched content to free up time and resources.
