Mark Ritson is Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Melbourne Business School and Visiting Professor of Marketing at Singapore Management University. He has a PhD in Marketing from Lancaster University and has been a faculty member at some of the world's leading business schools teaching on the MBA programs at London Business School, MIT Sloan, and the University of Minnesota. He is widely acknowledged as one of the world's best marketing instructors and has been the recipient of awards for his teaching at LBS, MIT, SMU and MBS.
Mark has worked globally on projects ranging from brand strategy, market research, segmentation, CRM, marketing communications, brand acquisition, brand valuation and brand extension. For thirteen years - from 2002 to 2015 - he served as in-house professor for LVMH - the world's largest luxury group - working with senior executives from brands like Louis Vuitton, Dom Perignon, Fendi, Tag Heuer, Dior and Hennessy.
Mark has written a weekly column on branding for Marketing Week for over a decade. On three occasions he has been judged the Business Columnist of the Year at the PPA Press Awards, the highest award for magazine journalism in the UK. He is also a columnist for The Australian newspaper. His more scholarly publications include articles published in Sloan Management Review, Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Advertising, and the Journal of Consumer Research. He was the recipient of the Ferber Award in 2000, one of the most prestigious prizes in Marketing, for his doctoral thesis.

Mary Portas is one of the UK’s most high profile businesswomen. Prior to that, Sir Martin was Group Financial Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Company plc for 9 years and worked for James Gulliver, Mark McCormack and Glendinning Associates before that.

Carolyn McCall joined ITV as Chief Executive in January 2018. ITV - Britain’s biggest commercial broadcaster - produces, broadcasts and distributes programmes to multiple platforms all over the world and operates throughout the UK and globally.
Prior to joining ITV, Carolyn was Chief Executive at easyJet where she brought a customer-focused approach to the business and redefined what passengers now expect from short haul flights. This drove both passenger loyalty and growth, delivering sustained success for easyJet’s shareholders.
Carolyn joined the airline from the Guardian Media Group where, from 2010, she spent four years as Chief Executive and, prior to that, was Chief Executive of Guardian News & Media for five years.
Carolyn is a Trustee of the Royal Academy and Chairs their Corporate Advisory Group. She has been a NED aid Burberry PLC since September 2014.
In 2016, Carolyn was decorated with France's highest award, the Légion d'honneur in recognition of her contribution to the economy of France and for her support of women, particularly female pilots.
In the New Year’s Honours List of 2016, Carolyn was awarded a Damehood for services to the aviation industry following the OBE she received for services to women in business in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in June 2008. In April 2008, she was named Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year.
Most recently Carolyn was made Knight of the Order of the Star of Italy, an award honouring those who have made a special contribution to promoting ties with Italy.

Late last year, Reggie was seen in a new investigative documentary on murder culture/gun violence in Chicago, in particular amongst young African American men, Reggie Yates: Life and Death in Chicago which recently aired on BBC. Earlier in 2016, Reggie was seen in BBC Three two-parter series The Insider. The first episode saw Reggie spend a week behind bars in a Texan jail and in the second episode, Reggie joined the army in Acapulco, a city now considered one of the most violent on earth. 2016 also saw Reggie present Billionaire’s Wardrobe, a documentary for BBC Two.
In 2015, Reggie presented the award-winning documentary series, Extreme UK for BBC Three, where he tackled a variety of issues, such as homosexuality in minority communities and the rise of British men against Feminism. Extreme UK won Reggie an RTS Award for ‘Best Presenter’, as well as ‘Best Factual Programme’ at Edinburgh TV Festival. In 2014, Reggie wrote and directed comedy short film, Date Night, which won ‘Best UK Short Film’ at the London Independent Film Festival and has recently completed his latest short film Shelter, presented by BBC Films.
2017 will see Reggie return with a second series of The Insider, for the BBC, airing later this Summer, followed by his debut book in October, ‘Unseen’.
This second series of The Insider, split in to three episodes, follows Reggie as he immerses himself in three very different environments around the world. Reggie first spends a week in the Domiz refugee camp in Iraq, finding out what life is like for a 21st Century refugee. He then travels to the US where he spends a week as a prison guard at North Carolina’s High Point Detention Centre, Guildford County Jail. In the final episode in the series, Reggie spends the week in Agbogbloshie, the world’s largest e-waste dumping site and a former wetland in Accra, Ghana where disease and death is rife.
This year will also see Reggie release his debut book with BBC Books in October, taking readers behind the scenes on his journey from TV presenter to documentary maker. ‘Unseen’ will explore the journey Reggie has taken in the documentary world and unpick the stories behind the fascinating characters and situations he has encountered. The book also chronicles Reggie’s own personal growth after each shoot.

A Silicon Valley icon and philanthropist for more than thirty years, Steve Wozniak has helped shape the computing industry with his design of Apple’s first line of products the Apple I and II and influenced the popular Macintosh. In 1976, Wozniak and Steve Jobs founded Apple Computer Inc. with Wozniak’s Apple I personal computer. The following year, he introduced his Apple II personal computer, featuring a central processing unit, a keyboard, color graphics, and a floppy disk drive. The Apple II was integral in launching the personal computer industry.
In 1981, he went back to UC Berkeley and finished his degree in electrical engineering/computer science. For his achievements at Apple, Wozniak was awarded the National Medal of Technology by the President of the United States in 1985, the highest honor bestowed on America’s leading innovators.
In 2000, he was inducted into the Inventors Hall of Fame and was awarded the prestigious Heinz Award for Technology, The Economy and Employment for single-handedly designing the first personal computer and for then redirecting his lifelong passion for mathematics and electronics toward lighting the fires of excitement for education in grade school students and their teachers.

Martin is a veteran of industry and has built up a reputation for making well-loved British brands more dynamic, competitive and international in their reach.
Prior to The FA, Martin was CEO at United Biscuits, a £1bn company which is home to the McVitie's and Jacobs brands and with a rapidly growing international division.
He came to prominence during his time at Walkers Snack Foods in 1992, enlisting England's second greatest goal scorer of all time, Gary Lineker, to play a key promotional role in his marketing campaigns.
Having increased Walkers' market share from the mid-20s to more than 60%, he became company President in 1998 and ran the business till 2006, when he left to join Birdseye, which had been acquired from Unilever for £1.2bn.
In 2003, he was awarded Marketing Week's CEO of the Year, and in 2004 was voted the UK's most influential marketer by Marketing Magazine.
An FA qualified grassroots coach, Martin is also a former Leicester City FC non-executive Director, having sat on the Club's Board between 2002-2006.

Byron Sharp is a Professor of Marketing Science and Director of the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute – the world’s largest institute for research into marketing.
His first book How Brands Grow: what marketers don’t know has been called one of the most influential marketing books of the past decade (Warc, 2015) and was voted marketing book of the year by AdAge readers. In 2015 he published the follow-up How Brands Grow Part 2 with Professor Jenni Romaniuk, and he has also written a textbook Marketing: Theory, Evidence, Practice which reflects modern knowledge about marketing and evidence-based thinking.
Byron has co-hosted, with Professor Jerry Wind, two conferences at the Wharton Business School on the laws of advertising, and is on the editorial board of five journals.

Tom hosted the ITV show Splash! From 2013-14 and has been named the UK’s Young Sports Personality of the Year three times.
As Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Keith is a member of the Unilever Executive and responsible for the Marketing, Communications and Sustainable Business functions.
His responsibilities are aligned to support Unilever’s vision: to grow the business while reducing its environmental footprint and increasing positive social impact. Keith sees sustainability as a driver of consumer-led profitable growth. He led the creation of the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan and has also pioneered new ways of integrating sustainability into the business.
Keith has led a step change in marketing at Unilever, most notably with significant advances in digital marketing and technologies, and has championed the development of brands with purpose through Unilever’s crafting Brands for Life strategy.
Outside Unilever he is a Fellow of The Marketing Society, and as an engineering graduate, a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
