Saad Saraf is an Iraqi-British Entrepreneur, Advertising Director, Social Activist and Diversity Campaigner.

Upon moving to Britain in late 70s, Saad has been a significant driving force behind the development of Multicultural marketing in the UK. He established Mediareach Advertising in 1987, a full-service integrated agency that has been recognised as the #1 small independent agency in terms of financial strength and effectiveness by the Drum. The Agency is a member of Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), ISBA, Advertising Association, and EACA.

From 2009 to 2013 Saad was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Diversity forum at IPA. In 2012, he published the IPA 'Multicultural Britain' report, which shed light on the importance of ethnic minorities for British businesses, as well as their consumer habits and spending power. He is also behind ‘Think Ethnic’ a forum for marketers interested in understanding and reaching multicultural audiences.
